Mandatory Fees

Venue Hire Fee – Monday to Friday Daytime Meetings & Conferences:

From $450 – Half Day (up to 4 hours finish by 5pm) 

From $550 – Three Quarter day (up to 6 hours finish by 5pm)

From $650 – Full day (up to 8 hours finish by 5pm) 


Venue Hire Fee – Sunday to Friday Day and/or Evening Functions: 

$1,400 – Sunday to Thursday bookings.  (Sunday bookings are available from 3pm). 

$1,700 – Fridays & Public holidays. (Not available on Friday evenings from Mid October to Mid March). 


Venue Hire Fee – Saturday Functions:  

$2800 – 1 May to 31 July 2020 

$3000 – 1 August to 30 September 2020 

$3700 – 1 October 2019 to 30 April 2021


Additional Mandatory Fees 

$1,000 – Bond 

$300 – Cleaning 

$330 – Security Guard. $450 on Public Holidays.  Mandatory for evening functions finishing after 7:30pm with music. The Club will hire a security guard for your function to arrive at 7:30pm.


Optional Extras

 $230 – Sound system with Microphone, amplifier, indoor and outdoor mounted speakers.  Suitable to connect your laptop, phone, iPod or MP3 player.

$80 – 70 inch LED TV/Monitor/Screen with amplified sound

$500 – White hall drapes cover honour boards.  Includes delivery, installation and removal.

$280 – Hall fairy lights (warm white). Includes delivery, installation and removal.

$350 – White balcony drapes run through the rafters. Includes delivery, installation and removal.

$80 – Use of the Barbecue (BBQ must be cleaned by hirer)

$250 – Balcony fairy lights (warm white). Includes delivery, installation and removal.

$80 – Wireless broadband internet per day

$100 – Whiteboard, flip chart with pens
